We would like to introduce a case where we developed a "Semiconductor Crystal Growth Monitoring Device" at Tanaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. While monitoring the state of (1) strain rate, (2) temperature, and (3) reflectivity on the surface, data is saved to a file. The reflectivity vibrates over time due to interference of laser light. Since the period is the same length as the wavelength, it is possible to calculate the degree of growth.
